1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using Nexus Systems' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Service description
Nexus Systems provides enterprise IT services including but not limited to server infrastructure, cloud solutions, network management, and web development services.
3. Service availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our managed services. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.
4. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information for service delivery
- Maintain appropriate security practices for provided credentials
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Pay invoices according to agreed terms
5. Payment terms
Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional charges. Services may be suspended for overdue accounts.
6. Limitation of liability
Nexus Systems' liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Nexus Systems may terminate immediately for breach of terms or non-payment.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Singapore law. Any disputes will be resolved in Singapore courts.
